Delicious scones. Will definitely make again. Added chopped yellow capsicum to mix.

These scones are very nice, I added a bit more milk to make a stickier scone dough that works best, otherwise really tasty savoury scones and quick and easy to make. This will be my go-to savoury scone recipe from now on.

I found this a little dry compared to other recipes I've used where the mixture is quite wet. It came out quite stodgy and doughy but that might be my fault, I tried not to over knead.

Needed to use quite a bit more milk than the recipe asks for, but makes for a great plain scone recipe to add your own twist to :)

In a large bowl sift together Edmonds Standard Grade Flour, Edmonds Baking Powder, salt and pepper. Mix in grated cheese, spring onion and parsley.
In a jug mix together the Meadow Fresh Original Milk and sweet chilli sauce. Use a knife and cut liquid into dry ingredients. Turn mixture onto a lightly floured board and gently knead.
Flatten out to form a rectangle about 2cm deep and cut into 8 scones. Place scones on a baking tray and bake for about 10-12 mins or until golden.
