Loved this recipe, I ended up using finely chopped red onion as I didn’t have any spring onion. I also found I needed to add a little more milk but did it very slowly so everything could combine. Yum! Will be making these again.

Quick and easy to make, I used sautéed onion and bacon instead of the spring onion, added a little bit more milk as the mix was quite dry. Scones were super light, not dense at all, would definitely make again

In a large bowl sift together Edmonds Standard Grade Flour, Edmonds Baking Powder, salt and pepper. Mix in grated cheese, spring onion and parsley.
In a jug mix together the Meadow Fresh Original Milk and sweet chilli sauce. Use a knife and cut liquid into dry ingredients. Turn mixture onto a lightly floured board and gently knead.
Flatten out to form a rectangle about 2cm deep and cut into 8 scones. Place scones on a baking tray and bake for about 10-12 mins or until golden.
