- 2 Kiwi Fruit, peeled and finely diced
- Pulp of 4 passionfruit

Method
In a heavy based saucepan heat Chelsea Caster Sugar and Orange Juice until sugar dissolves. Simmer until syrup is slightly reduced. Remove from heat.
Puree and sieve the kiwi fruit and passionfruit. Stir into the syrup.Serve over ice cream.
