This recipe is too sloppy and hard to manage without adjustment (I added extra biscuits) and even then I was still unable to roll into balls without them melting down out of shape.. use half the condensed milk I would say..

Method
This is a very EASY recipe which doesn't need the oven, it just needs the ol' fridge to refrigerate. It is important to refrigerate the balls for 20-30 minutes as it does have an effect.
First get out a saucepan and turn on the stove top to just under medium. Set out a food processor.
Put butter, golden syrup and can of condensed milk in saucepan and reduce the heat to low so it can melt slowly.
Place malt biscuits in food processor and process until fine crumbs are formed.
With a spoon, slowly stir the butter, golden syrup and can of condensed milk until melted. Add the processed malt biscuits and apricots to the saucepan and mix together well.
Roll into small balls and roll in coconut. Lastly, refrigerate for for 20 - 30 minutes until set, then serve!
