Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C and line the tray with greaseproof paper.
Beat butter and Chelsea Icing Sugar until light and fluffy.   Add vanilla essence.  Sift in flour and custard powder and mix with a metal spoon to combine.
Roll a teaspoon of the mixture onto the tray and flatten slightly
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until light golden colour is achieved, remove from the oven and allow to cool.

Filling
Beat all ingredients together until combined, spread filling on one biscuit and sandwich the biscuit top and base together.
