This recipe is not good! Mixture is way too thick and I'm a newbie to baking so that says a lot!I did tweak it to my own liking though. I added an extra cup of milk and extra chocolate chips.

Method
Preheat the oven to 200oC conventional or 180o C fan forced.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until just combined and moistened.
Spoon into well-greased 1/3 cup muffin pans and bake for 15-18 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
