  • 2 cups chopped mixed fresh fruit or grapes and berries
  • ice cream to serve

Method

Place the gelatine in a bowl and pour a little orange juice over the top to cover it. Leave for 5 minutes.
Put the Chelsea White Sugar, the rest of the orange juice and the gelatine mixture into a saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally until the gelatine mixture is clear and has boiled.
Remove the pan from the heat and cool to room temperature.
Place the fruit into 6 glasses and pour the cooled jelly over the top.
Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until set.
Serve topped with a scoop of ice cream.
