Method

Mix the Chelsea Dark Cane Sugar and soy sauce together. Pour over the salmon fillets and marinate in the fridge for at least one hour, but can be longer. Heat the oil in a frypan and fry the fillets. Just before the fillets are cooked, add the marinade to the pan and cook a further 2 minutes at a lower temperature. Serve over rice with greens.
