Method

Melt butter, Chelsea White Sugar and Chelsea Golden Syrup in a pot. Then fold in beaten egg, fruit and dry ingredients.
Bake in moderate oven at 180°C - 190°C for 10 - 15 minutes.
Cut while hot.
