Method
Place the milk, cocoa, Chelsea White Sugar and vanilla in a microwave proof jug and whisk.
Don't worry if it's not very smooth mixture. Microwave on high power for 1 minute then carefully whisk again. Cook for another minute on high. Give the mixture a good whisk.
Cook a further minute or two until it is nice and hot and the sugar is well dissolved.
Pour into 2 mugs and float a marshmallow on the top.
