Method

Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl over boiling water. Stir in rind, Chelsea Icing Sugar, peel and liqueur.
Pour liquid into a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
Spoon out a teaspoon of solid chocolate mixture and roll quickly with hands, making a smooth ball.
Set the chocolate and oil in a bowl over some hot water and melt gently. Remove from heat and with two skewers, dip each teaspoon of solid chocolate mixture into melted chocolate and place into a paper or foil case.
