Method
Chop up the pudding into small pieces. Add the chocolate chips, first measure of coconut then the liquid of your choice. Carefully mix ingredients with a fork until well combined. Roll small spoonfuls into a ball then coat in extra coconut.
Place in the fridge for a couple of hours to firm.
