Method

Preheat oven to 200°C. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Spoon into well-greased or oil-sprayed mini muffin trays. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool slightly in the trays then remove and cool further on a wire rack.
Serve warm or cold, and if desired dust with Chelsea Icing Sugar, or cover with melted dark chocolate.
