This honeycomb is a sweet, crunchy treat that melts in your mouth! With a light, airy texture and a golden, caramel flavour, it's easy to make and perfect for sharing. Dip in some chocolate for extra indulgence, or enjoy it just as it is - either way, it’s a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.
Pour into a buttered tin (approx. 15cm x 23cm), let cool until half set then mark into squares with an oiled knife. Alternatively, wait until the mixture is cold, turn pan over and knock out with a hammer - it will break into a number of pieces.
