  • 1 Prepared Sponge Flan Base (from supermarket)
  • 2 ½ Cups Seedless Green Grapes
  • 2 Tablespoons Chelsea Golden Syrup
  • 3 Tablespoons Apple Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Brandy

Method

Spread sour cream over the base of the flan. Arrange whole grapes on top of the sour cream.
Lightly prick the base of the flan with a skewer in several places to make drainage holes for the syrup.
Combine Chelsea Golden Syrup, apple juice and brandy in a saucepan and warm over a low heat for 1 minute or until syrup has dissolved. Gently pour the sauce evenly over the flan.
