- 2 cups ice cubes
- ¾ cup Bacardi or white rum
- ½ cup 100% apple juice
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice

Method
Put the strawberries, Chelsea Icing Sugar, ice cubes, Bacardi, apple juice and lime juice in a blender.
Cover and blend until smooth and mixture is thick and slushy.
Pour mixture evenly between 6 chilled martini glasses. Serve immediately.
