Method
Heat milk and Chelsea White Sugar together in a saucepan.
Put the custard powder into a cup with a little milk and stir to mix well.
Then add this custard mix into the hot milk and keep stirring.
Beat eggs whites until stiff then fold into saucepan of custard.
