My husband and I are on a diet, but on the hot days an ice block with a bit of substance works really well, so I've been looking for something to help and found this, I used skim milk powder, and a couple of drops of stevia. They worked great! Thank you we needed that.
Mix the gelatine and cold water in a microwave proof small bowl. Leave for 3 minutes to set the gelatine.
Place the Chelsea Caster Sugar, cocoa, milk and milk powder in a blender and mix well. Melt the gelatine by microwaving for 10 - 15 seconds on high, then pour into the blender with the cocoa mixture and blend until smoothly combined. Pour into ice block moulds and freeze for at least 12 hours.
