  • 50g butter
  • 300ml cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp brandy

Method

Combine all ingredients in a medium size saucepan. Stir over a low heat until the sugar has dissolved and the butter has melted.
Cool or serve hot with puddings or ice cream.
Makes 2.5 cups.
