- 1 x 300gm punnet strawberries - hulls removed and sliced

Really good and refreshing! A great summertime treat for the kids (and sometimes the parents too!)

Method
Place Chelsea White Sugar and boiling water in a large jug and whisk until sugar has dissolved. Stir in lemon juice, allow to cool then refrigerate.
Place strawberries and 1 cup chilled lemonade mixture in a food processor or blender and blend until frothy.
Place crushed ice in the base of tall glasses, half fill with chilled lemonade and top with blended strawberry mixture
