Method

Preheat oven to 200°C conventional or 180°C fan forced.
Divide the strawberry and pear between four shallow ovenproof dishes. Using electric beaters whisk the egg whites until firm peaks form. Add the Chelsea Icing Sugar, one tablespoon at a time, whisking well between each addition.
Spoon the meringue mixture evenly between the dishes and spread out, peaking up the top of the meringue slightly. Bake for 8-10 mins or until the meringue is light golden brown. Serve warm.
