Cupcakes

• 125g butter, diced and softened
• ¾ cup Chelsea Caster Sugar
• 2 extra large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1½ cups self-raising flour
• ½ cup plain flour
• ¾ cup milk

To Decorate

• 150g butter, diced and softened
• 1 x 250g pkt Chelsea Icing Sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• 3 tsp water
• White marshmallows
• Liquorice strips
• Coloured sprinkles
• Orange smarties
• Edible eyes
• Pretzel sticks

• 800 grams Chelsea White Sugar
• 40 ml Chelsea Golden Syrup
• 40 ml water
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 tsp raspberry extract
• 2 drops pink food colouring

• Melted butter to grease
• 1 400g can sweetened condensed milk
• 100g butter, cubed
• 250g (1 ¼ cups, firmly packed) Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar
• 1 tbs Chelsea Golden Syrup
• 100g milk chocolate, finely chopped

• ¾ cup Chelsea White Sugar
• ¾ cup water
• Flavouring/Colour (ideas berry, coconut, blueberry, pineapple)
• Ice

• 500g ripe tomatoes
• 1 red onion, peeled and chopped
• 3 - 5 red chillies (3 = medium, 4 = med/hot, or 5 = hot)
• 5 cloves garlic, peeled
• 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
• 2 Tbsp fish sauce (30ml)
• 1 ⅓ cups Chelsea Caster Sugar (300g)
• ⅓ cup white vinegar (80ml)
