Easiest most delicious cake I've ever made. I actually put them in a texas muffin tin as I couldn't find my cake pan. At the time it looked like all apple and barely any cake mixture but they turned out perfect.

This recipe comes out like a light flan, it looks completely different but much nicer than the picture in real life. It ends up being about 50% apple and 50% cake, and is very light. On the second attempt I put 10 tablespoons of flour in and improved the cake.

This recipe is so easy and the cake is delicious. I've made it so many times!
Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease and line a 20cm round cake tin.
Melt butter then add the sugar and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Place in the tin. Sprinkle with the cinnamon on the top of the cake. Bake 200°C for approx 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
