A fantastic, fail-safe recipe. Comes out beautiful and fluffy and just set after 20 minutes in the oven. I usually double it and it is an ample amount for two people. One of my favourite desserts, and it's so easy!

Cut the bread into small pieces and place with the sultanas in a small baking dish. Beat milk, egg, Sugar and vanilla essence together. Pour over the bread and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until the custard is set. Serve with a little cream or ice-cream.
