  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Chocolate chips / nuts to sprinkle

Method

Preheat the oven at 180°C and grease your loaf pan with some butter or line with baking paper.
Mix all the wet ingredients together in a bowl, including the bananas.
Then sift the flour, sugar and baking powder into the wet ingredients.
Mix with a wooden spoon until combined.
Pour the mixture in the loaf pan and sprinkle with choc chips and nuts.
Bake for about 1 hour.
