- 40gm butter
- 1 cup mixed fruit
- 1 teaspoon spice (mixed spice or all spice)
- 100gm flour

Works every time and great with custard and ice cream!

Method
Soak bread in the milk in a greased steam pudding bowl.
Add Chelsea White Sugar and beat with fork.
Add baking soda, melted butter and Chelsea Golden Syrup.
Mix well then add fruit, flour and spice and stir to combine.
Steam for 2 hours.
