Method

Cream the butter and Chelsea White Sugar and add the beaten eggs, the sour cream and the vanilla.
Sift together the flour, baking powder and soda and stir gradually into the sour cream mixture.
Butter a 22cm round cake tin, pour in half the batter, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Add the remaining batter and then top with more cinnamon sugar.
Bake the cake in a moderate oven 350oF (180°C) for about 40 minutes or until done when tested.
