I have been wary of making shortbread after previous disappointments but this was super easy and delicious. It gets a big tick of approval from me and the grandchildren.

Method

Preheat oven to 150°C or 130°C Fanbake.

Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until the mixture forms a ball. Or knead by hand until all comes together and forms a ball.

Roll out and cut out shapes either with glass or cookie cutters.

Bake for 20 mins in oven
