Method

Grease 20 small cake tins.
Sieve flour, semolina, ground almonds, baking powder and salt.
Cream butter, Chelsea Caster Sugar and eggs. Stir in dry ingredients and chopped walnuts.
Fill prepared tins 2/3. Bake at 180°C until golden (15-20 minutes). When cold, ice and decorate with cherries and chopped walnuts.
