Method
Lightly dust oven tray with flour. Preheat oven to 220°C.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into bowl.
Cut butter in until it resembles breadcrumbs.
Add milk and mix quickly with hands and fingers to a soft dough. Knead a few times, add in onions, capsicum, paprika, pepper and cheese last.
Then mix right through using your hands for best results.
Lightly press scone mixture out onto floured tray, cut into 12 pieces or divide by you hands if you prefer.
Top each scone with a bit of extra cheese.
Bake in oven for 10-15 mins with oven at 220°C on fan bake, until golden brown.
