This is a good old recipe. It was a great 'new idea' when I was a little girl. No bake-bakes were rare then! I'm 78 - so I guess it is now a 'Classic'. You can add chopped Walnuts - and this makes it really delicious. The secret to getting it to cut cleanly into squares with no crumbling - is to press really firmly on the mixture as it cools.

I love this recipe it takes less than 30 minutes to make. It's perfect for a weekend treat or for an after-school snack
Grease a 20cm square baking tin or dish and line with baking paper.
Place butter, Chelsea Caster Sugar and honey in a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat until butter has melted. Increase heat a little and bring to the boil; boil for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat, add rice bubbles and stir well. Transfer to prepared dish and use a spatula to flatten out. Top with sprinkles, if desired. Slice while still slightly warm.
