Was quick and easy to make, and tastes good, but will try for 3 mins next time., approved=true, user_name=Sonya, hs_createdate=1702249875598, rating_new__1_5_=1, id=11175594041}, {comment_text=Great recipe to whip up a cake quickly. Once I had to take two cakes to work for a morning tea and I had both made in the morning in 15 mins - amazing. Just used this recipe again to say Thanks to a neighbour for some fruit. Try it - you won't be disappointed.One warning - Don't overcook it, or it will be dry. It took 7 mins in our old 800 watt microwave, and takes 5 mins in our new 1100 watt microwave.Also - using baking paper in the tin, plus covering it with clingfilm during cooking helps retain moisture plus get it out more easily. Enjoy!, approved=true, user_name=Tasneem Gould, hs_createdate=1702249872689, rating_new__1_5_=5, id=11175659317}]}
