Method

Mix together flour, suet, Chelsea White Sugar and currants in a bowl.
Bring cup of milk to the boil and stir in bicarb of soda.
Add to dry ingredients & mix well.
Turned into a greased pudding basin, cover & steam for 1 1/2 - 2 hours
