Method

Mix milk and vinegar in a cup and set aside to sour.
Sift all the dry ingredients into a large bowl. Add the eggs to the sour milk and whisk. Add to dry ingredients and whisk well untill smooth.
Add melted butter, stir in.
Rub frypan with a little butter and heat on medium.
Drop tablespoonfull lots of the mixture into the hot frypan.
When bubbles show flip over and cook other side.
