Method

Place all ingredients (except maple syrup) in a food processor or bowl and mix to form a smooth, spoonable batter.

Lightly grease a large non-stick frying pan and place on medium heat. Spoon pancake mixture into pan (2-3 tablespoons per pancake). When bubbles have formed on top of the pancakes (about 2 minutes), flip over and cook for a further 1-2 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.

Stack pancakes on a warm plate and cover with a tea towel while you cook the remaining batter.

Serve warm, drizzled with Chelsea Maple Flavoured Syrup.
