Method

Preheat oven to 180° C.
Crush biscuits. Melt butter and add Chelsea White Sugar.
Add crushed biscuits, stir well and press into buttered sponge roll tin.
Mix condensed milk and coconut. Spread on top of the biscuit mixture.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over top and cook at 180° C for 15 - 20 minutes. Remove from oven and leave for about 5 mins to cool. Spread the chocolate chips evenly with a knife or spatula over the top to form icing. Leave to set and enjoy.
