Super easy recipe. I reduced the baking powder to 2 tsp also after reading other reviews. I also used gluten free flour. I didn't add the lemon zest as I find my kids sometimes complain it's too bitter, so just added the juice of a very large lemon. The result was great. Tastes delicious. No one knew it was g/f.
