I was wondering if this recipe would be a bit drier than my usual favorite lemon cake recipe so was reluctant to try it. But because it's such an easy recipe i thought I'd give it a go as I love the idea of chucking it all in a bowl and mixing rather than flaffing around with creaming butter & sugar etc. I'm pleased to say this is a fantastic moist and extremely quick, easy cake. I used 2 tablespoons of sour cream & 2 of milk rather than the 4 tablespoons of milk stated in recipe.
