Mine are currently in the oven and they smell amazing!! It was pretty easy to make, but the mixing and dropping was a bit hard due to the stickiness, and I didn't have any chocolate chips left :( so they're a bit plain, but I definitely recommend this recipe!

Cookies were tasty but the mixture is very sticky. I would recommend adding less condensed milk or more flour?

needs more flour, way to sticky to even roll, added more flour and they are delicious!

Sooooo tasty!.. mix is very soft and easier to shape if you leave it for about 5mons after mixing (it will still be soft), only cook to a blond colour rather than golden - they will seem a bit soft / us lightly undercooked when you take them out- but will be beautiful when they cool
Preheat oven to 180°C bake. Line two large baking trays with baking paper.
Cream butter and Chelsea White Sugar until pale and fluffy. Add condensed milk and vanilla essence and beat until well incorporated.
Stir in flour, baking powder and salt until just combined. Mix in the chocolate chunks.
Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls and place on prepared trays. Press down with your hand to flatten slightly. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
Sprinkle with sea salt, if desired. Leave to cool on trays for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Mine are currently in the oven and they smell amazing!! It was pretty easy to make, but the mixing and dropping was a bit hard due to the stickiness, and I didn't have any chocolate chips left :( so they're a bit plain, but I definitely recommend this recipe!
