I made these for my partner who has been missing \jammy dodgers\" and they were a perfect supplement - but I think they were even better :)"

Turned out great, loved by all my kids even the fussy one. I used jam for the kids, and Barkers passionfruit curd to take for morning tea, they were delicious
Preheat oven to 170°C and grease or line a tray with baking paper.
Mix butter with Chelsea Icing Sugar until smooth. Add remaining dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Roll heaped teaspoon sized balls of dough and place on tray. Use the handle end of a wooden spoon to press into centre of ball, stopping before it touches the bottom.
Fill centre with jam of your choice or use the quick and easy jam recipe link below. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes until pale golden.
Try using peanut butter and jam instead of only jam. Very tasty.
