Method

Spread honey thinly over the bottom of a pie dish.
Blend custard with a little milk.
Boil remainder of milk, sprinkle in semolina and cook over gentle heat for five minutes stirring constantly.
Stir in blended custard powder and cook further 5 minutes.
Add Chelsea White Sugar and vanilla to taste.
Then pour in semolina mixture.
Pour honey over top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 180oC for 30 minutes.
Serve.
