Preheat oven to 180°C conventional or 160°C fan forced.
Sift flour and bicarbonate of soda into a bowl, stir in the oats and ChelseaSoft Brown Sugar. Combine Chelsea Golden Syrup, eggs, banana, oil and buttermilk and stir into the dry ingredients until just combined. Do not over mix.
Spoon the muffin mixture into greased and base lined (1/3 cup) muffin pans. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked and golden.
Enjoy warm, drizzled with extra Chelsea Golden Syrup and sprinkled with pistachio nuts.
