These make a great dessert, simply serve warm dusted with icing sugar and a good scoop of vanilla ice cream. Garnish with berries if you want to make it fancy!

Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Line a medium sized sponge roll tin (approx 18cm x 25cm) with baking paper.
In a large microwave proof bowl melt the chocolate and butter together on high power for 3-5 minutes, then stir until smooth and well blended.
Mix in Chelsea White Sugar, eggs and vanilla, then stir in flour and nuts.
Pour into prepared tin, bake for 30-35 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out with fudgey crumbs.
Brownie should be fudgey and sticky, not dry and cake-like.
Cool in tin and cut into bars, squares or triangles.
Store in an airtight container.
