Method

Pre heat oven 180°C. 

Put butter and cocoa into a big pan and melt gently - (do not boil). 

Add Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar and vanilla essence, stir. 

Take off heat and add flour and eggs, mix well. 

Spread evenly in greased tin. Bake for 20 minutes.
