We are absolutely drowning in Feijoas at the moment and this recipe is quick, easy and delicious. The second time I made this I doubled the amount of Feijoas (used 2 cups) and I also sprinkled some brown sugar on top of the mixture before I put it in the oven. Doubly Delish!

So good! Just make sure you use exactly a cup and no more fejoias than that as my second attempt I used 1 1/2 cups by accident as I didn't measure and it didn't cook through properly and fell apart. But with the correct amount it came out moist, delicious and lasted over a week and tasted like it had just come out of the oven a week on!

I'm surprised this tastes so good because of how easy and simple it is. Its delicious with butter.Used 3/4 cups sugar, and sprinkled with brown sugar before baking (essential for a lil crunch). Didn't have walnuts but would def add this in next time. 10/10
