  • ½ cup Chelsea Icing Sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¾ cup cornflour
  • 1½ cups flour
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • Chelsea Raw Sugar for sprinkling

Method

Preheat oven to 150°C. Cream butter with Chelsea Icing Sugar and pinch of salt.
Add cornflour and beat again.
Add 1 cup of sifted flour and the walnuts and beat again, then add remaining flour.
Knead until right consistency (adding more flour if needed)
Roll into a log and cut biscuits 1cm thick.

Sprinkle with Chelsea Raw Sugar.

Bake for 20-30 minutes.
