Method

Line a square brownie type tin with baking paper and pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Sift first dry ingredients into a bowl and make a large well in the centre.

Pour in liquids, vinegar last.

Mix well. If not cooking for vegans, you can add chocolate chips if desired.

Place in oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes depending on your oven.

Dust with icing sugar to serve.
