I should have checked the ingredients! I just made a three tear sponge cake and I don't have butter!
Beat butter and cream cheese together until smooth and creamy.
Add Chelsea Icing Sugar and beat until smooth and well combined. Use the extra 1/3 cup Chelsea Icing Sugar if you will be piping the cream cheese icing (rather than spreading).
Spread on top of a cake or muffins, or pipe onto cupcakes.
