Omg... I LOVE IT! It's so simple yet tasty. I used it to pipe into mini carrot cakes and it was so creamy and easy to work with. Love this recipe, I also lemon juice, a little vanilla essence and extra cream cheese to boot… DELICIOUS!
Beat butter and cream cheese together until smooth and creamy.
Add Chelsea Icing Sugar and beat until smooth and well combined. Use the extra 1/3 cup Chelsea Icing Sugar if you will be piping the cream cheese icing (rather than spreading).
Spread on top of a cake or muffins, or pipe onto cupcakes.
