Method
Beat Tararua Butter and Meadow Fresh Cream Cheese together with an electric mixer.
Add Chelsea Icing Sugar, vanilla and sufficient Meadow Fresh Original Milk to make a light fluffy frosting consistency.
Using a piping bag, pipe a generous amount onto a cooled cake or cupcake and decorate as desired.
Makes enough icing for 1 cake or 12 cupcakes.
